New residential district

Our vision is to create a sustainable and attractive neighbourhood that people feel proud to call home. With inspiring architecture, it is set to be a world-class skyscraper district, and a thriving new community within the city.

Set to transform the city skyline, it will provide over 6,300 residential units alongside restaurants, cafes and local convenience stores, as well as amenity facilities to support the primary residential use, such as  medical facilities, smoke-free public park, primary school and secure public car park inclusive of electrical charging points.

The masterplan

We are approximately 6 years into a 15-year masterplan. Progress is well underway to date with more than 2,500 new homes already delivered, 445 homes under construction, and a further 3,376 in the pipeline.

Momentum across the masterplan has already been established through the delivery of the iconic Deansgate Square; a development comprising four towers; North, South, East & West. Opening onto the River Medlock, the estate’s central square will provide an area for regular events surrounded by a carefully curated selection of bars, restaurants and coffee shops from local, independent operators, open to residents and to the public.

Crown Street Victoria Residence, Elizabeth Tower and The Blade have also been delivered, comprising exceptional residential amenities, with Three60 still under construction.
