The scheme will be located in East Manchester and will encompass Co-op Live, building on the success of this pioneering venue that has attracted global events like MTV Europe Music Awards and Brit Awards to the city for the first time since opening in 2024.
The new Medlock Square development will focus on creating a destination for large-scale events, adding a diverse food and drink offering, 3,000 capacity event space, immersive museum experience, zip wire and abseiling facilities, three-storey office space and 401 bedroom hotel to the neighbourhood.
With this investment, Manchester once again elevates its internationally-recognised reputation as a leader in entertainment culture.
