The concrete frame is fully complete, roof waterproofing and finishes have been finalised, and the main façade installation is now in place, giving the building its full external presence.
Internally, works continue to advance floor by floor. Plastering has been completed up to Level 40, with kitchens finished up to Level 35. Electrical works have progressed to Level 32, final decoration is complete to Level 30, and final quality checks have reached Level 28.
Externally, paving works are now underway, helping to shape the finished ground level setting. Looking ahead, fitout of the amenity spaces will begin in the coming months as we move closer to completion.
Overall, the development is progressing, with visible transformation both inside and out as we enter the final stages of construction.
