The Candidate

As Marketing Manager you will be primarily responsible for all aspects of development marketing working across multiple developments, as well as support with corporate communications.


  • To manage the effective delivery of marketing campaigns for our Manchester developments to UK and overseas markets
  • Manage timely design process and delivery of all marketing collateral including; brochures creation, CGIs, development models, website, and manage stakeholder approval process throughout
  • Manage the supply and process of all relevant material required for brochure including; drawings, floorplans, CGIs, photography and copy, from creation through to print production
  • Work closely with external design agencies to brief and develop engaging online and offline content and collateral required for campaigns
  • Manage the content creation for development social channels, create engaging stories
  • Produce strong and relevant copy for marketing literature including; website, social and email
  • Ability to generate sales enquiries via multiple channels as well as proactively exploring new ways to reach audiences to help build databases
  • Work closely with Sales team to assess quality of leads
  • Measure and report regularly on marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate the production of event and exhibition collateral and associated selling agents in the UK and overseas
  • Ensure the brand and individual development brands are always well represented in all relevant locations; online (social, website, listings), offline (marketing suite, selling agents’ offices and signage)
  • Responsible for good management of development budget, drive effective use of the budget to maximise spend
  • In addition to the above, support the Senior Marketing Manager with the creation of a strong corporate content plan and implementation, across all online / offline channels
  • Preparation and copywriting of all press releases
  • Close management of all Renaker social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter
  • Work closely with Head of Experience to actively promote residents’ events and community building to a wider audience
