First Tower at Colliers Yard Completes

First of three towers has now completed construction at Colliers Yard, marking a significant step in the regeneration of the Greengate community.

Cortland at Colliers Yard, a glass clad 50-storey Build-to-Rent (“BTR”) property has been acquired by real estate investment, development and management company, Cortland. Offering 559 one, two and three bedroom apartments with over 25,000 sq ft of amenity space, Cortland at Colliers Yard features a three-storey brick podium level which will include shops restaurants and bars, creating an attractive neighbourhood at street level.

Also included in the scheme is “Greengate Park”: 0.6 acres of public realm with seated and lawned areas, which will provide high quality amenity for residents and non-residents.
