Self Love Valentine’s Workshop
Residents came together for a nurturing experience centred on self-connection and self-compassion. The session began with a grounding meditation, followed by reflective journalling and intention-setting exercises, before moving into a creative self-love vision boarding workshop. Throughout the evening, participants were encouraged to recognise their personal strengths, needs and boundaries in a supportive and inclusive setting.
