Situated within New Jackson, Renaker’s world-class skyscraper district at the southern end of Deansgate, the 24-hour carpark forms part of a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood that blends residential, community and commercial offerings.

New Jackson Park is now open to the public. This smoke-free park offering over 1-acre of public green space provides an informal and relaxing place for both New Jackson residents and the wider city community to enjoy.

An event to mark the opening of a new NHS medical centre – New Jackson Medical Centre – took place on Tuesday 6th June, with key leaders from NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care, Manchester City Council and Renaker.

Building work on the 210-place Crown Street Primary School – as it will be known – is now well underway at its location at the end of Deansgate, with the first pupils expected through its doors in September 2024.

Full planning permission has been granted for new development, ‘Trinity Islands’, comprising four residential towers of heights varying from 39 -60 storeys and providing 1,950 new, high-quality homes including 3 bedroom family homes.

Contracts have now been exchanged on the 50-storey Build-to-Rent (“BTR”) tower currently under development in Salford (Manchester City Centre). Cortland, a multifamily real estate investment, development, and management company who have bought the property will name the tower ‘Cortland’.
